The Forum took place over a two day period, March 27-28, 2012. The discussions featured in-depth analysis of landmark cases involving individual liability for executives and in-house counsel, detailed discussions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, useful guidance on the new aggregate spend reporting requirements, and analysis of critical federal appellate and Supreme Court opinions. The objective of the conference was to prepare attendees to formulate a specific plan of action for combating fraud allegations and put them in position to help their companies or clients thrive.
