Partner Bob Haig spoke at a Practicing Law Institute program “Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice 2007” on March 14 in New York. The faculty analyzed current issues and recent developments in federal civil practice. Following each presentation, a panel of federal judges provided their insights and analysis. Bob spoke on the topic of “Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product Protection” and discussed waiver, privilege logs, in-camera inspections, joint defense, witness preparation, depositions, protective orders, privilege challenges, appeals, and confidential business information.
