Partner John Villafranco spoke at the 58th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, April 21 - 23, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The conference was a comprehensive review of developments in antitrust and consumer protection law. The meeting addressed antitrust and consumer protection issues, featuring a faculty that included leading antitrust lawyers from the U.S. and non-U.S. enforcement agencies, corporate law departments and law firms, as well as economists and academics.

John’s session was titled “Antitrust and Consumer Protection Fundamentals.” The panel discussed the principles of antitrust law for those new to the field and provided a refresher course for more experienced practitioners.
