Partner Richard E. Donovan moderated a panel co-sponsored by Kelley Drye and NJCCA’s Ethics & Compliance Committee on April 26th, 2012. The panel, “Antitrust Compliance For The 21st Century” explored why companies should reevaluate their compliance programs, the approaches that work best in this age of iPads, smartphones and social media, and the views of the key federal prosecutor.
