On November 9, 2010 partner Paul Rosenthal presented an “Analysis of the 2010 Midterm Elections” for the leadership of the Juice Products Association. The event was held in Dallas, TX. Paul provided a comprehensive review of the election results and looked ahead to the 112th Congress, discussing the potential impact that Republican control of the U.S. House of Representatives will have on the policy landscape. Additionally, he covered key policy issue areas of importance to the Juice Products Association, including the economy, taxes, international trade, energy and climate change, environment, health care and oversight.
