The event convened leaders in the consumer finance industry to share insights and prepare participants to overcome new industry obstacles through practical strategies and tactics.

In her session, "AT&T Mobility, LLC v. Concepcion and Beyond: Getting Arbitration Agreements and Related Class Action Waivers Enforced," Ms. Thompson examined the latest decisions about enforceability of arbitration provisions, what issues remain for possible Supreme Court attention and how to approach arbitration with possible class proceeding.
