ACA Update: The Mid-Year Report

Partner Tom Cohen will be joined by ACA’s Ross Lieberman, and other industry professionals, to discuss the group’s priorities and other issues likely to catch fire at the FCC and Hill in the remainder of the year. Attendees will hear the latest on hot topics, such as the governments’ thinking on fixing the pay TV market as part of the STELAR reauthorization, its efforts to reallocate c-band spectrum for 5G uses, its development of a national privacy regime, its consideration of reinstituting Title II and net neutrality rules, and its efforts to curb the recent explosion of unwanted robocalls.
