On April 3, 2012, partner Paul Rosenthal spoke during the D.C. Bar’s 2012 International Trade Law & Policy Debate in Washington D.C. The panel debated the most important international trade law and policy issues, including the application of countervailing duty law to non-market economies, China’s currency, state-owned enterprises, zeroing and targeted dumping, U.S.-China trade relations, and overall U.S. trade policy.
