Carey Bartell serves as chief litigation counsel for Hospira, Inc. in Lake Forest, Illinois. She is a member of legal department's leadership team with responsibility for company's litigation, labor and employment, and immigration legal work. She directs strategy and oversees outside counsel on the company's most significant litigation matters. She also advises senior management and board of directors regarding diverse legal and business risks.

Steve Levenson, Director, Commercial Litigation, Walgreen Co.
Steve Levenson is the Director of Commercial Litigation at Walgreen Co., the nation's second largest pharmacy chain with over 8,200 retail pharmacy locations and several hundred health care clinic locations. Steve has been with Walgreens for 15 1/2 years and manages the team of attorneys, legal assistants in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, consumer class actions, real estate, vendor disputes, and other commercial litigation.

Frederick Snow, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, First American Bank
Frederick Snow, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, First American Bank, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Mr. Snow heads the bank's legal, compliance and real estate valuation groups, and has responsibility for risk management related to the bank's various business units. Mr. Snow's responsibilities include managing the legal affairs of the organization's trade finance group, wealth management group, treasury group, corporate structure, human resources, and commercial and retail loan groups, as well as litigation, regulatory compliance and information security matters.

Melissa Zujkowski, Vice President, Litigation & Disputes, Flex
Melissa Zujkowski serves as the Vice President for Litigation & Disputes for Flex in San Jose, California. In this role, she proactively leads and manages global commercial litigation for the company which includes the hiring and oversight of outside counsel. She provides strategic legal advice and direction to business partners related to litigation and commercial disputes. She is involved in the development of training and communications programs for management on new legal trends, litigation avoidance, loss mitigation and the identification of appropriate recovery solutions. She also provides support in FAS 5 and audit reporting process.

Randy Lehner is a partner in the Chicago office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. He works with clients to create and analyze solutions that best meet their business goals, including negotiated settlements, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. He focuses on helping clients with regulatory investigations, government enforcement actions, and commercial litigation. When clients need to identify potential claims they may have or may face due to misrepresentations, mismanagement or fraud, he has guided them through that process by conducting internal investigations that determine responsible parties and the scope of potential liability.
