In the first 100 hours of the 110th Congress, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the most substantial changes to ethics and lobbying rules since the reforms enacted in the wake of the Watergate scandals of the 1970’s. The Senate is currently debating similar ethics legislation and is expected to pass a bill within the next two weeks.

Please join Kelley Drye in our Washington, DC office as we review the new ethics and lobbying rules and discuss the impact these rules may have on lobbyists and the companies or organizations that employ or retain them. Using case studies and practical examples, we will examine these and other government ethics-related topics such as post-employment restrictions and government contracting.

There is no fee to attend this event. Breakfast will be served.
