Our First Take on the FCC’s Universal Service Fund/Intercarrier Compensation Reform Order

On Thursday, October 27, 2011, the Federal Communications Commission adopted the much anticipated USF/ICC Reform Order. Following this announcement, Kelley Drye’s Telecommunications Practice hosted a conference call to discuss our first take on the potential impacts of this item.
