As part of Global Law Week in New York, Kelley Drye hosted the CLE program “Investing in India.” The program took place in the New York office and surveyed recent trends, highlighted important legal developments any investor should be aware of, and provided an expert view as to some developments that are expected in the future. Specific areas covered included India’s corporate, tax, intellectual property, labor, anti-corruption, and antitrust laws, along with India’s bilateral investment treaty program.
