Cautious acquirers should be aware of a multitude of labor, employment and benefits issues when undertaking corporate mergers and acquisitions. Kelley Drye Partner Barbara Hoey explored these important issues, applying them to the current legal landscape and offered strategic advice regarding the employment ramifications of mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hoey’s practice focuses on the representation of employers in the area of employment law and employment litigation.
