Kelley Drye & Warren LLP seeks a Receptionist for the NY Office.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily opening and closing the Firm’s reception area; providing telephone, reception, conference room and occasional copy services support.  Schedules offices for visiting branch office attorneys as requested. Schedules conference rooms and inputs any catering and/or IT needs required for the  meetings.  Assists clients and KDW staff working in conference rooms with photocopies when needed.  Must be flexible to work overtime.

  • Minimum qualifications include:  Prior experience performing reception duties for law firm is desired.  Ability to write and speak concisely.  Familiarity with a CISCO system is a plus. Familiarity with MRM and Condeco systems are a plus.  Must be adaptable and willing to learn new tasks.  Ability to work with Attorneys and staff.
