Environmental Law 101: The Clean Air Act

In this session, our environmental attorneys will provide an overview of the basic framework of the Clean Air Act, including implementing regulations and EPA and state agency permitting processes, as well as strategies that can be applied in regulatory, permitting, and enforcement contexts.

Topics covered will include:

• Understand the basics of how stationary sources are permitted
• Become versed in the extensive emissions and monitoring requirements of which sources must comply
• Learn how EPA and state permitting agencies implement the Title V permitting program
