John Heintz, Chair of Kelley Drye's Insurance Recovery Practice Group, will speak at Mealey's 3rd Annual International Asbestos Conference in London, October 17 - 18. The program focuses on the future effects of ongoing asbestos litigation. In his presentation, "Forecasting the Risk: An Examination of the Global Impact of Asbestos Litigation on the Insurance & Reinsurance Industries," Mr. Heintz will discuss changes to policyholders' potential asbestos liabilities; recent settlements between insurance carriers and policyholders; corporate insurance coverage in various parts of the world; asbestos-related costs facing global markets; managing suits against the insurance industry; and how companies can assess and respond to the threat of asbestos liabilities. Mr. Heintz's presentation is scheduled for 3:45PM on Wednesday, October 17. He will be joined by an attorney for the insurance industry.
