Comments relating to the National Marine Fisheries Service's proposed environmental review guidelines are due on August 12, 2008. These guidelines can potentially dramatically reshape the fisheries management process. Kelley Drye has prepared the following Client Advisory that summarizes the rule and its major issues and provides instructions on how comments can be filed.
