Our summer program is designed to provide summer associates with exposure to as many
practice groups and attorneys as possible. Summer associates remain "unassigned" throughout
the program, allowing them to work in a variety of practice areas, with requests for concentration
in specific practice areas accommodated. Unlike a rotation system in which a schedule
determines the nature, duration and depth of a summer associate's assignments, our program
allows a summer associate to work continuously on several different matters over the course of
the summer, often seeing matters through to completion.
