Associate compensation at Kelley Drye is competitive with the market at comparable New York City law firms.

Kelley Drye pays bar examination and bar review course fees, as well as the mandatory bar membership and/or mandatory registration fees imposed by each state in which the associate is admitted, and where the Firm has an office. In addition, fees for Maryland bar memberships and bar exam fees will be paid for associates who practice in the DC office.
