FCC Application Fee Increases Effective June 20, 2011

In accordance with Section 8(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) reviewed and revised the application fees charged to licensees and permittees. Effective June 20, 2011, the fees for all of the FCC’s Section 8 application fees will increase by approximately 3.5%.
