Litigation partners Lauri Mazzuchetti and Robert Steiner co-authored the chapter “Telephone Consumer Protection Act” in the treatise, Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts. The chapter addresses key provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and emerging TCPA-related issues including how the TCPA is being applied to new technologies, key FCC rules, regulations and interpretive rulings, and available remedies under the TCPA.
