Economic Consulting and Data Services - Regulatory & Policy Analysis

GES provides analytical support in U.S. government regulation. We compile and organize environmental impact data for industry groups and trade associations; provide independent verification of "interested party" data; conduct analyses of the economic impact of governmental, environmental, and worker safety regulations; and develop analyses of competition and markets in the context of antitrust litigation.

GES personnel have experience in the analysis of trade policies, regulations and competitive practices in domestic and foreign markets. In the effort to develop a better understanding of foreign markets for purposes of investment or market development, we provide analyses of barriers to trade, such as tariffs, quotas, ingredient and labeling restrictions, marketing and distribution restraints, product safety regulations, intellectual property rights, antidumping laws, and foreign investment laws.
