Kelley Drye is participating in the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Military Pro Bono Project, a program that arranges for free legal assistance for active-duty U.S. military personnel. With service members increasingly facing legal needs that distract them from their mission, this program refers cases that are beyond the scope of service provided by military law offices to private sector pro bono attorneys.As its first case with the program, Kelley Drye will be representing a U.S. Army sergeant in a family law matter in Prince William County, Virginia.
