Kelley Drye Enhances Commercial Litigation Capabilities with Addition of Partner William S. Gyves

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that William S. Gyves has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice as a partner in the New York and Parsippany offices. Mr. Gyves, formerly co-chair of the National Litigation Steering Committee at Epstein Becker & Green PC, focuses his national practice on the litigation, arbitration and mediation of complex business disputes.

Mr. Gyves represents clients in a diverse spectrum of industries, including financial services, media, insurance, accounting, consulting and hospitality. He also has significant experience representing institutions of higher education, for which he provides both practical litigation solutions and risk avoidance advice. He understands the nuanced challenges that universities face in today’s highly-regulated market, and he designs legal strategies that advance his clients’ missions and business goals.

Mr. Gyves received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from Fordham University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
