Kelley Drye represented Intelenet Global Services Private Ltd. ("Intelenet"), in its recent acquisition of Upstream Services Company, LLC ("Upstream"). Intelenet, India's third largest provider of business process outsourcing services, is majority owned by the Blackstone Group, a leading private equity firm. Upstream is a global provider of outsourced customer care services.The transaction was handled by Partner Talat Ansari and Associate Deepak Nambiar with assistance from Associates Rashna Patnaik, Andrew Lee, Christopher Collins and Victoria Anderson.
