Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that Ross D. Taylor has joined the firm as a partner in the Chicago office.
Mr. Taylor was previously at the firm of Schiff Hardin LLP, where he was a partner.
The focus of Mr. Taylor's practice is corporate finance, including equipment leasing, structured and project finance, bank lending and syndicated credit facilities and private placements. He represents banks, insurance companies, finance and leasing companies, placement agents and credit support providers in transactional matters and in connection with restructuring and workout matters.
Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in domestic and international finance transactions, representing clients in financings in the transportation, manufacturing, utility, real estate, technology and health care areas. He also represents corporate borrowers in connection with their lending and lease transactions and private clients in connection with transactions involving corporate jet aircraft.
Mr. Taylor graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1988 where he was an articles editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He is a published author and a member of the American College of Investment Counsel.
