Partner Steven J. Moore was interviewed on Intellectual Property LAWCAST regarding Kelley Drye's filing of the first lawsuit to challenge the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) proposed new rules that would have limited the number of patent claims and number of times an applicant could file continuation applications.
Partners William R. Golden, Jr., Steven J. Moore and James E. Nealon are representing Dr. Triantafyllos Tafas in his lawsuit against the USPTO. Kelley Drye filed the lawsuit within 24 hours after the proposed rules were published.
