Ringel were listed in the Law360 article Tariffs On Steel Plate From 3 Countries Finalized By US.” The U.S. Department of Commerce recently imposed final tariffs on imports of cut-to-length steel plate from Brazil, South Africa and Turkey after affirming its earlier finding that the products have been sold at unfairly low prices in the U.S. market. Rendering its latest decision in a massive case launched by ArcelorMittal, Nucor Corp. and SSAB Enterprises targeting steel plate imports from a dozen countries in total, Commerce’s International Trade Administration called for anti-dumping duties ranging from 42 percent to 94 percent. ArcelorMittal is represented by Mr. Rosenthal, Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, Ms. Kim, and Ms. Ringel.
