Bedoya were mentioned in the Law360 article ​“AXA Equitable Loans $295M For NYC Office Tower.” Mr. Bickford, Mr. Jacobus and Ms. Bedoya represented AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. in a $295 million loan to Resnick Organization for One Seaport Plaza, an office tower in lower Manhattan. The financing, which closed July 8, replaces existing financing on the property. The building, also known as 199 Water Street is 35 stories tall and 1.1 million square feet. Swanke Hayden Connell Architects designed the building, which features three Frank Stella paintings in its lobby.
