The promotions of partners Wayne J. D’Angelo and Paul A. Keenan were included in the Law360 article ​“Law360 Names Attys Who Moved Up The Firm Ranks In Q4.” Wayne, based in Washington, was named co-chair of the energy practice.  Paul, was named managing partner of the Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Wayne focuses his practice on energy extraction, conventional and non-conventional fuels, hydraulic fracturing, greenhouse gas regulation, endangered species issues, and stationary and mobile sources issues under the Clean Air Act; and Paul focuses his practice in real estate finance and the capital markets.
