Partners Kathleen W. Cannon, R. Alan Luberda, and Paul C. Rosenthal were mentioned in the Law360 article US Steel Industry Likely Being Harmed By Imports, ITC Finds.” The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has found that there is a reasonable indication that the U.S. steel industry is being materially harmed by cheap imports of cold-rolled steel from seven foreign countries. Five ITC commissioners voted on September 10th to direct the U.S. Department of Commerce to continue its investigation into cold-rolled steel flat products imported from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, Russia and the United Kingdom. The petition that kicked off the investigation was filed in late July by AK Steel, ArcelorMittal USA LLC and other domestic steel makers. ArcelorMittal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, and Mr. Rosenthal.
