Partners Kathleen W. Cannon, R. Alan Luberda, and Paul C. Rosenthal are mentioned in the Law360 article ​“Steel Dumping Harmed US Under New Law, ITC Told.” The article outlines briefs by domestic steel makers AK Steel Corp. and ArcelorMittal USA LLC to the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). They are both urging the ITC to apply the recent American Trade Enforcement Effectiveness Act to conclude that dumping has harmed U.S. industry.
