The ITC kicked off its anti-dumping and countervailing duty probe in response to a petition from U.S. Steel Corp., Nucor Corp., ArcelorMittal USA LLC and other producers alleging certain corrosion-resistant steel from China, India, Italy, South Korea and Taiwan is subsidized and sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
