The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Reports on Kelley Drye’s M&A Advisor Award

The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel reported that Kelley Drye was named the winner of the 8th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Award for the ​“Retail Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year” in connection with the firm’s representation of Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of vacuum cleaner manufacturer Oreck Corporation and its affiliates, in a sale under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Kelley Drye team on this matter included partners Andrea Calvaruso, Barbara Hoey, special counsel Ben Feder and associate Levi Downing.
