Bar & Bench Notes Kelley Drye Represents e4e in Sale of Interactive Entertainment Division

Bar & Bench published an article, K Law, Kelley Drye, MacRoberts and Ohebashi Advise on Pole to Win’s 100% Acquisition of Interactive Entertainment Biz of e4e.” The magazine reported that the Japanese entertainment software maker, Pole to Win, acquired a 100 percent stake of e4e’s interactive entertainment division, located in India, the UK and the United States. The main corporate principal office is located in the United States.

The article noted that Kelley Drye acted as U.S. legal counsel to e4e, with a team led by partner Deepak Nambiar.

It stated the acquisition will enhance Pole to Win’s ability to provide end to end testing and customer service support to clients and facilities in Japan, the United States, Europe, Singapore and India. Bar & Bench also reported that e4e is an IT enabled services and BPO company with proven experience in cost reduction, process re-engineering and the improvement of service and customer experience in existing and new markets.
