Partner Jeff Beckington of the International Trade and Customs Practice Group was quoted in the March/April 2008 issue of Forward. The article, titled “Sheep in Wolves Clothing,” discuses the argument that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is the appropriate agency to identify and respond to global financial disturbances caused by currency manipulation. Jeff contended that the IMF "has been making every effort possible" in its efforts to combat currency manipulation.Kelley Drye
