Litigation partner Daniel Schimmel was interviewed on French National Radio in a program that aired on February 27, 2007.Two guests, Mr. Schimmel, who practices at Kelley Drye's New York office and Fred Davis, who heads the litigation department of Debevoise & Plimpton in Paris participated in the broadcast.
The focus of the interview provided the perspectives of a Frenchman who practices in litigation and international arbitration in the United States and a U.S. citizen who practices in Paris.
