The New York Law Journal reports Associate Christopher Collins has won a cross motion for summary judgment in Check Financial Services Inc. v. Lifespire Inc. Kelley Drye represented defendant Lifespire in this suit. The New York County Civil Court found no authority to hold Lifespire liable for its checks that another party had forged or counterfeited.Kelley Drye
