Kelley Drye Receives Perfect Score in Corporate Equality Index

Kelley Drye and Warren LLP is proud to announce that it has achieved the top rating of 100 on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. The firm is among the roughly 110 law firms, and 517 companies nationwide, to receive a 100 percent rating.

Kelley Drye is thrilled to be among the group of elite law firms that have achieved a perfect score,” said Damon W. Suden, partner and co-chair of the firm’s LGBT network.  We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace and commend the HRC for advancing the rights of LGBT people.”

First launched in 2002 by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, the CEI is the nationally recognized benchmarking report for businesses to gauge the level of LGBT inclusion in the workplace against competitors. The top rating requires that recipient companies have fully inclusive equal employment opportunity policies, provide equal employment benefits, demonstrate organizational LGBT competence, publicly evidence their commitment to equality and exercise responsible citizenship.

The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.
