Alysa Zeltzer Hutnik has been named Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA), Section of Antitrust, Privacy and Information Security Committee. Her transition from Committee Vice Chair into this new role will take effect in August 2008. Ms. Zeltzer Hutnik recently served as editor-in-chief of the recently published ABA Data Security Handbook, and is an editor and contributor to the ABA’s newsletter, The Secure Times, which addresses privacy and data security legal developments. Ms. Zeltzer Hutnik is an associate with the Advertising Law and Privacy and Information Security practices, whose practice includes representing clients in all forms of consumer protection matters.
