Thomson Reuters recently published an article co-authored by partner John Wittenborn and associate Alexander Menotti titled, "Flaws in Leiberman-Warner Bill Need to be Addressed." The article was published in the Andrews Environmental Litigation Reporter.
In the article, Mr. Wittenborn and Mr. Menotti discuss the Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act, which the Senate refused to allow to be voted on in early June, and how the proposed legislation may set the stage for renewed efforts to limit greenhouse gases by the next administration.
