An article entitled “Trends in Venture Capital Financing Terms” by Partner Joseph Hoffman was re-published as a chapter in PLI's Venture Capital course book, "Getting Financing in a Changing Environment." This piece addresses changes in traditional terms of venture capital financings, and examines issues such as management experience, number of investors, valuation and convertible debt financing.
