Partner Alysa Hutnik will participate in the “Multi-State Privacy/Security Investigations: Expert Roundtable” during the Global Privacy Summit 2017. This session will explore strategies for successfully resolving a multi-state attorney general investigation. The panel also will discuss considerations for responding to an inquiry during the discovery phase, and how to increase the chances of reaching an effective resolution that doesn’t break the bank or unfairly limit business practices.
