On March 17, 2016, the Women At KDW held a firm wide panel discussion entitled “Women At KDW: Paths to Partnership,” which featured partners Pam Kaplan (NY) and Lauri Mazzuchetti (NJ) as panelists. The event was open to all associates and special counsel. The Women At KDW firmwide leadership served as both coordinators and moderators for the event: associates Elizabeth Johnson (DC), Jaclyn Metzinger (NY), and Jennifer Raviele (NY). Each panelist discussed their career paths to partnership at Kelley Drye and shared meaningful advice with those present about professional development. It was a great opportunity for all attorneys to receive advice about furthering their brand and careers.
