Partner Alysa Zeltzer Hutnik will be a member of the “In Retrospect: In-Depth Look At Key Consumer Protection Cases” panel at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. The session will be a review of some of the more significant recent cases from the FTC and the states: the FTC January 2014 settlement with Nissan and their advertiser regarding a deceptive car performance ad; and from the states, the recent cramming settlements.
