On June 16, 2013, special counsel Jennifer McCadney spoke at the American Association of Exporters and Importers Annual Conference and Expo in Minneapolis, MN. Her session, “America’s Trade Policy, Where are We Going?” delved into the murky world of trade policy and shedded some light on the complexities of Congress, TTIP, TPP, the ongoing WTO and WCO negotiations, and an increasing number of FTA and multilateral trade agreements.
