Partner Richard E. Donovan will moderate a panel at the 8th Annual New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association’s Full Day Conference on September 24, 2010. The session, “Hot Topics in Antitrust and Current Developments in Consumer Protection, will focus on key antitrust law developments of interest to in-house counsel, as well as a look ahead of what to expect next. The seminar will cover new actions from the Obama administration at the DOJ and FTC in both competition and consumer protection law. The speakers will also address key developments in the courts on substantive and procedural topics, giving an in-house perspective on how these developments affect counseling of the corporate client. Other panelists include Charles Reilly, NYC Office U.S. Dept. of Justice, Antitrust Division and Gary Zanfagna, Associate General Counsel and Chief Antitrust Counsel at Honeywell International Inc, as well as Kelley Drye special counsel August Horvath.
