Do You Play to Play? Practical & Ethical Issues Your Clients Need To Know To Protect Themselves From Government Prosecution

Kelley Drye attorneys David E. Frulla and Julie Vasady-Kovacs will participate in the upcoming CLE Event titled "Do You Play to Play? Practical & Ethical Issues Your Clients Need To Know To Protect Themselves From Government Prosecution." Ms. Vasady-Kovas will act as program chair for the event, while Mr. Frulla is a faculty member of the event. The program will discuss a range of requirements applicable to companies regarding contacts with federal, state, county, and city government officials and employees. The presentation will also touch on new rules and requirements applicable to the financial and pharmaceutical industries, in particular the often-strict limits, if not prohibitions, on certain gifts and political contributions.

The New York City Bar will host the event on June 08, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The event will be held at 42 West 44th Street in New York. Members of the New York City Bar Association are eligible to received discounted registration rates. Member registration for the live program costs $235. For non-member, the fee is $345. The live program includes materials. Walk-in registration is $260 for members and $375 for non-members, materials also included.
