Financial Fraud Law Report Audio Conference

Partner James M. Keneally along with Steven A. Meyerowitz, editor-in-chief of Pratt’s Journal of Bankruptcy Law and The Banking Law Journal, and Joseph J. Floyd, expert on accounting and financial issues, participated in an audio conference sponsored by the Financial Fraud Law Report titled "Limit Your Risk to Financial Fraud." The conference took place on July 20, 2009.

Mr. Keneally discussed the Department of Justice’s corporate prosecution policy and how the policy is affected by the current climate and the need to self-report. He also addressed developments and trends surrounding the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the False Claims Act.
