Partner Steven J. Moore spoke at ACI's Third Annual Paragraph IV Disputes, on April 27-28, 2009 at the Marriott Downtown in New York. The two-day conference provided expert insights on Hatch-Waxman litigation strategies for brand name and generic companies. Mr. Moore spoke on a panel along with Lisa Jakob, Patent Legal Director of Schering-Plough Corporation. They presented on the recent local patent rule changes, jurisdictional considerations and patent reform legislation, and the importance of factoring them into a litigation strategy.
